COOKIE POLICY

1. General Information

The Service does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies.

2. What are cookies

Cookies are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Service User's terminal device and are intended for using the Service's web pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they come, the time of their storage on the terminal device and a unique number.

3. Service operator

The entity placing cookies on the Service User's terminal device and obtaining access to them is the Service operator Radosław Zawadzki.

4. Purpose of using cookies

Cookies are used for the purpose of:

  • adapting the content of the Service's web pages to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of web pages; in particular, these files allow recognizing the Service User's device and properly displaying the web page, adapted to their individual needs;
  • creating statistics that help understand how Service Users use web pages, which enables improving their structure and content;
  • maintaining the Service User's session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter login and password on each subpage of the Service;

5. Types of cookies

The Service uses two main types of cookies: "session" cookies and "persistent" cookies. "Session" cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's terminal device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). "Persistent" cookies are stored on the User's terminal device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

6. Cookie categories

The Service uses the following types of cookies:

  • "necessary" cookies, enabling the use of services available within the Service, e.g. authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication within the Service;
  • cookies serving to ensure security, e.g. used to detect abuse in the field of authentication within the Service;
  • "performance" cookies, enabling the collection of information about how the Service's web pages are used;
  • "functional" cookies, enabling "remembering" settings selected by the User and personalizing the User interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region from which the User comes, font size, website appearance, etc.;
  • cookies used to send information through the contact form on the website;

7. Cookie management

In many cases, software used to browse web pages (web browser) allows cookies to be stored on the User's terminal device by default. Service Users can change cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform about their placement on the Service User's device each time.

8. Cookie limitations

The Service operator informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the Service's web pages.

9. Third-party cookies

Cookies placed on the Service User's terminal device may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service operator.
